As the founder of a previous fitness-focused corporation, she brings two decades of experience helping individuals build physical strength, mental resilience, confidence, and the discipline required to achieve their goals.
For years, Gissell has worked closely with aspiring law enforcement professionals, providing hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance throughout their policing journey. Her experience includes preparing candidates for police fitness assessments, developing individualized training strategies, building physical and mental readiness, and helping candidates navigate the demanding preparation process required to pursue a career in law enforcement.
Through her extensive work with aspiring police officers, Gissell has gained valuable insight into the challenges candidates face throughout the policing application and preparation process. She understands that success requires more than simply passing a fitness test; it requires consistency, accountability, confidence, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
